When I met my twin flame, I went through tremendous pain. Confused and frustrated, I thought avoiding them would fade the connection.
I hoped my life would return to how it was before I met them, especially since I was already in a relationship.
However, my life seemed to be getting worse instead of better, all due to the changes triggered by this awakening process.
I started tending to myself spiritually, emotionally, and physically, but everything that was happening to me felt like an unconscious and uncontrollable connection that I couldn’t shake off.
I could feel my twin flame telepathically and have mental conversations with them. I tried to resist this connection and hide from myself, but I realized that to open up to unconditional love, I needed to heal from the pain, darkness, and trauma that I had been holding onto.

From my experience, there’s a deep connection in the pain, missing each other, longing, and learning.
This connection is mutual, and we are twin flames. Even though we are physically separated, the connection doesn’t fade.
The flame connection is neutral to both of us. Therefore, there’s no need for judgment. Whatever I’m experiencing, my twin flame is also going through.
If I know this connection is authentic, why focus on doubts about their love for me? Instead, I should focus on understanding the authenticity of our connection and getting ready for my twin flame.
There will be no separation in the future, and it’s only a matter of time before they manifest in my life again. The connection is natural, real, and meant to be.
I trust in the sacredness of our bond and believe that whatever is meant for me will happen. I am grateful for finding my twin and for this awakening experience.
