When I experienced tightness in my chest, it was a result of the unresolved trauma that I carried within me. My heart and chest were opening up to embrace healing and adapt to the changes in my life.
Learning to remain calm in stressful and challenging situations was particularly difficult as I had to navigate through healing, growth, and transformation from past pain and trauma.
There were times when the emotional burden became overwhelming, leading me to cry myself to sleep.
Additionally, I often endured intense headaches and crying seemed to be the only way to alleviate the pain. It became clear to me that the pain and pent-up emotions within me needed an outlet for release.
At other times, the pain was linked to the longing for my twin flame, intensifying the overall sense of distress.
Some days, the pain was a reflection of my twin flame’s struggles, and due to our deep, energetic connection, I could keenly sense their emotions.

When I met my twin flame, I went through tremendous pain. Confused and frustrated, I thought avoiding them would fade the connection.
I hoped my life would return to how it was before I met them, especially since I was already in a relationship.
However, my life seemed to be getting worse instead of better, all due to the changes triggered by this awakening process.
I started tending to myself spiritually, emotionally, and physically, but everything that was happening to me felt like an unconscious and uncontrollable connection that I couldn’t shake off.

From my experience, there’s a deep connection in the pain, missing each other, longing, and learning.
This connection is mutual, and we are twin flames. Even though we are physically separated, the connection doesn’t fade.
The flame connection is neutral to both of us. Therefore, there’s no need for judgment. Whatever I’m experiencing, my twin flame is also going through.
If I know this connection is authentic, why focus on doubts about their love for me? Instead, I should focus on understanding the authenticity of our connection and getting ready for my twin flame.
There will be no separation in the future, and it’s only a matter of time before they manifest in my life again. The connection is natural, real, and meant to be.
I trust in the sacredness of our bond and believe that whatever is meant for me will happen. I am grateful for finding my twin and for this awakening experience.
