Well, lots of benefits; you have to be brave to let go. You go through a lot of trying moments to finally let your Twin Flame be the person he or she is.
Here are some benefits of letting go:
Inner peace and harmony — the moment you feel a hint of harmony within, you realize that you have the inner power to Surrender. You finally accept the situation the way it is and trust that everything will be alright without your control.
The running and chasing phase evokes intense feelings within you. When you finally Surrender, you give yourself to heal trauma and core wounding. The reason why you pursue the runner is that you assume that your Twin Flame can save you from yourself but you later realize that you are the answer to healing your pain.
The runner on the other hand needs to go through his healing. Surrender allows her or him to grow an appreciation for your connection. Remember that he or she can only run that far.

Do you miss your Twin Flame all the time?
I missed feeling the intense connection and I instantly started thinking of him
Last night, I had a great evening doing all the things that make me happy. I had quality me-time and I barely felt compelled to think of my Twin Flame.
I have a friend who is trying to be close to me and we both have so much in common.
When I woke up, I felt like a part of me was missing because it felt like I was ignoring my Twin Flame Connection since I did not focus on feeling the connection.
I missed feeling the intense connection and I instantly started thinking of him.

Yes, all the time! If I told my stories to someone who has never met a Twin Flame, they would absolutely say that I am crazy or delusional. What is the worst thing your twin flame said or did to you?

Nothing. Every worst “thing” that I could have possibly felt was mirrored to me because they were things that I needed to work on. My twin flame on the contrary to the question is the best thing that ever happened to me. I am very grateful for him and all my twin flame experiences because I finally transformed into the person of my dreams and more. I am happier than before. I also live a purposeful life.
I must admit that there was a phase when I blamed my twin flame for a lot of the negative experiences that I was going through. I felt frustrated with him at the beginning of the separation phase. When he said that it was best for everyone if we did not talk to each other since I was married, I felt as if it was the worst thing he would say to me then. I later on realized after surrendering that it was the best thing to do. There is no way I would have juggled my marriage with my twin flame relationship.

Are Married twin flames jelous?

Well, it depends if they were married before or if they made the choice after the encounter.
When I met my twin flame, I was married too. It was very heartbreaking seeing him go on random dates with other women. I felt stuck generally— I wished all the time that it was me that he was out with. Sometimes he would make up excuses so that we both stayed in and cooked some awesome dinners on a rainy evening. We definitely love spending time together.
A married twin flame is not always in control of the situation because there are various valuable love lessons that need to be learned with karmic partners.
You would never be able to appreciate the sacredness of twin flame love if you hadn’t had your past relationships. Everyone in your life exists to teach you a lesson in life. Previous relationships also prepare us to embrace the intense twin flame love.
