This is the most blissful stage of the Twin Flame journey. You finally surrender and let the universe guide you.
If you were the driver of your process, you hand the steering wheel to the universe. You become a passenger.
After you give up the stress of stalking your Twin Flame; the obsession and mind control tactics, you become free of fear.
Interestingly, your Twin Flame recognizes the changes in your energetic vibrations. They feel your energy being withdrawn. The energetic withdrawal creates a void within the runner Twin Flame.
When you physically stop chasing your Twin Flame, they also realize the changes in your behaviors.
Since you cannot run if nothing is chasing you, the runner Twin Flame learns that the chaser was the trigger for their running behaviors.
The runner starts to have realizations that perhaps the chaser’s love is genuine.
Apart from learning that the connection is authentic, the runner misses the Twin Flame deeply.
The love connection grows strongly once the chaser stops chasing. Chaos also takes over the runner’s life because the chaser’s behaviors trigger them into an accelerated spiritual awakening phase.
Even though the chaser finds healing and inner harmony, you miss your Twin Flame as much as they miss you.
Missing a Twin Flame can compel you to reach out to them, or you both contact each other at the same time.
If the runner Twin Flame is still hurting within themselves, you cannot influence their actions in any way. You have to give them the space they need to heal.
Sometimes the runner starts chasing; it is a typical sign that they still have issues to deal with.
When your Twin Flame starts chasing you, you feel uneasy. It also gives you closure to understand why you chased them previously.
If also still have inner issues to deal with, you start running from your Twin Flame.
You are capable of being a Twin Flame runner as much as your Twin Flame partner.
The energetic dance continues until you both heal. The separation cycle can be prolonged as much as you keep chasing and running from each other.
Why do you come back now? If the first question that you ask. Since you did not expect their return, you feel frustrated because your Twin Flame brings chaos.
If you have unhealed wounds, you run from your Twin Flame because they are your mirror. They trigger you to feel sensitive, vulnerable, and uncomfortable.
Acknowledge that your fear exists but do not let it keep you from doing the necessary tasks. Allow yourself to feel the uncomfortable feelings of fear so that you can have a higher chance of overcoming your obstacles.
Some fears are self-created; you frighten yourself by fantasizing about adverse outcomes of any activity you might pursue or experience.
You can stop the self-created fear by bringing yourself to a place of clarity and peace. You have to face the facts instead of giving in to your imagination.
Almost every Twin Flame has been through this phase. You never expect the situation to get complicated the way it does. No matter how much you try to control the chaos that follows suit, your efforts are fruitless.
The journey takes its course with uncontrollable changes that transform each Twin Flame forever.
The running or chasing behavior exists to expose the fears and pain that exist within each Twin Flame.
If you are the chaser, you feel consumed by the love connection; you obsessively need to be in close contact with your divine partner.
At the same time, your partner is irritated by your actions. They try different ways to avoid you because you trigger uncomfortable feelings within them.
When you are around your Twin Flame, they provoke the inner fears and insecurities within. You feel like you are walking on eggshells. You feel a sense of vulnerability all the time.
Sometimes you feel afraid to scare them off but you eventually do. The more you fear losing someone, the then you end up doing the exact thing.
You realize that you waste so much time and energy when you chase a Twin Flame. In essence, you are running from yourself. Running from yourself means that you are afraid of facing yourself. You chase a runner because you assume that they will help you feel better about yourself. You think that the solutions to your problem are with a reunion. You are the solution to all your problems. This sounds like cold comfort but I have realized that chasing a Twin Flame happens for a reason.
You cannot control it. Every time you chase, you feel compelled to do a self-check-up. You wonder why you cannot control the urges. You also feel like you do not need to chase them but you still do. Also, you know that the connection is authentic. You feel it even though deny it. You also know that it existed before you both triggered it. Surrender means that you respect the connection. You trust it. You also trust yourself to let go of controlling how your situation should manifest.
You respect divine timing. You respect the fact that it is all destiny — whatever brought you together will also make a reunion happen. It is also emotional maturity. You know that you cannot bend your Twin Flame’s will. He or she can choose to run into a new relationshipif they wish. Your only hope is that they will come to their senses and respect your connection. You hope that someday, a Twin Flame will come back and acknowledge your connection. Until then, you pray that they think of you as much as you do. You learn to love them unconditionally during their absence. You also pray that whomever they love reminds them of you.
You learn to accept your new life situation. Surrender also means you accept yourself. This is when you start practicing self-love. You let life take its course as you accept the new changes. You realize it was for the best that a Twin Flame ran from you. You needed to face yourself. You needed to find your authenticity. You needed to become the Twin Flame that you are.
The Soul shock of being separated from my Twin Flame threw me into the phase of the Dark Night Of The Soul and I went through the following phases:
Denial & Isolation
I first thought that if I blocked him out of my life, life would go back to normal and it would automatically stop the separation anxiety that I was feeling.
When I researched what was happening to me and why I was feeling intense emotional chaos, I denied the idea that I could be going through the Twin Flame experience because the details of the phenomenon seemed very difficult to go through.
I tried to deny my feelings for him after we separated because it was excruciating being away from him and I was also married. I could not believe that my life was turning upside down because of meeting him and it frustrated me so I put up an inner resistance to how I was feeling.
Denial is a defense mechanism that buffers the immediate shock of loss and it numbs us to our emotions.
I wanted to spend time alone — I isolated myself from relatives and friends because I was lovesick.
Anger
After denial wore off, emotional pain started to emerge from within. All the past pain that I had accumulated from the past rose to the surface.
Meeting my Twin Flame exposed the broken parts within me that I needed to work on and the encounter and then separation triggered the emotional chaos.
Sometimes I blamed my Twin Flame for making me feel frustrated and one time I angrily told him to stay away from me.
I was also frustrated that we met at the wrong time because I was married — I wished that if we met we were both single, things could have been much easier to handle.
Bargaining
In this phase, I was wishing that life could have been different if perhaps I had not blocked him out of my life.
I started to wonder if blocking him was a bad idea — I started regretting the actions that I used when I tried to chase him.
The guilt that I felt pushed me to try and chase him to apologize for the actions of trying to block him out of my life. I had no idea that all the pain that my Twin Flame had triggered was to be cleaned out of me, and I did not know that I was going through a Spiritual Awakening process then.
When I chased him, I thought that he would be the answer to all my problems. I thought that if he forgave me, I would feel better and mend our relationship. I was wrong.
Depression
Once the pain kicked in, I knew that there was no going back to my old life. I knew that the only way forward was to accept what I was feeling so that I could heal the pain.
I was lovesick daily, I missed my Twin Flame intensely and everything in my life seemed to be getting worse.
I crawled through the depression stage — I was in tears when the pain became too much and I could not eat.
I lost so much weight that my friends thought something was wrong with me. I could not tell them that it was the effect of Spiritual Awakening because none of them understood my situation.
Some days, I could not get out of bed — I would make up an excuse that I was ill and I locked myself in my room.
Acceptance
Finally, I accepted my situation — submitted to healing, and surrendered completely to my Twin Flame process.
Acceptance is a Bravery stage because the more I opened my heart up to heal, the better I felt.
I always felt my Twin Flame’s energy with me; I never felt alone no matter how lonely I looked and I could always tap into our shared energy for comfort and solace.
Finally, healing kicked in and Relief washed over me because all the pain that was cleaned out of me never returned.
You can always tell that you share the same energetic vibration with your Twin Flame when you meet the physical.
Automatically your energies align — it feels as if you are constantly merging into each other.
From my experiences, I was very surprised by how easily we “fall” into each other with my Twin Flame. Everything that we did was seamless as if we had practiced it before.
When we were together, he healed my soul. I felt my spirit lift to a higher energetic vibration and it was the best feeling I ever felt because I felt healed, replenished, and brand new.
I had never felt like that before.
Once we physically separated, I crashed — I went into a soul shock moment because I was used to having our energetic bubble of oneness where we were vibrating at the same wavelength.
I did not know how to feel the energetic Oneness when were physically separated because I was naive about the Twin Flame experience. I did not know that physical separation was a chance for me to learn to embrace shared energy during separation.
The physical separation has taught me that a Twin Flame Separation is an illusion because I never felt separated from him energetically.
When I was struggling to learn how the Twin Flame energy of Oneness works during the physical separation, my energetic vibration dropped to its lowest because the encounter triggered an emotional cleansing process.
After I found healing, the energetic vibration is back to as it was during the initial encounter — I feel whole, brand new, and spiritually revived.
For my situation, my Twin Flame’s energy has been my comforter and savior during the emotional lows — I always felt uplifted by the connection, and I always felt his essence embrace e and bring me solace.
I do the same for him when I feel sadness or low energy vibes from him, I immediately send him love in my heart.
I lately feel the energetic harmony and balance after healing — we both send love to each other. My heart radiates with so much love because it is a shared connection.
Twin Flame Union is when you feel the Oneness with your Twin Flame no matter how far you are physically separated from each other.
To feel the Oneness with your Twin Flame is only achieved if you accept to submit to the soul lessons that you experience during your Twin Flame journey so that you can transform into your authentic self.
A runner Twin Flame also goes through the challenging soul lessons, the spiritual awakening processes like the night of the soul, enlightenment, spiritual growth, self-rediscovery, and self-transformation.
Nothing can stop the unconditional love that Twin Flames feel for each other. This is why you are constantly remembering each other wherever you are in the world.
No matter what your Twin Flame does to run from you, the love you feel for them heals you from within. you let it overflow to everything and everyone around you.
After you find healing along the Twin Flame journey, you feel like you have a light to you — your energetic vibration is positive. You attract love into your life.
The Twin Flame love inspires you to feel optimistic about life whether you are in the phase of physical separation or not: You feel like you can achieve your wildest dreams because you feel the Oneness within.
You feel that your shared energy is magical because you feel the power from within to create a meaningful life by focusing on your passions and talents. The journey to self-rediscovery not only transforms you into your authentic self but also empowers you to embrace self-love.
Loving yourself is indeed the greatest Revolution. Self-love is true love forever.
As a Twin Flame, you have the same energetic Signature as your partner and you both vibrate at the same energetic frequency. If your Twin Flame is struggling with its energy; if your Twin Flame has a low energetic vibe, it affects your energy too.
The Twin Flame journey teaches you to accept change in every aspect of your life.
When you meet your Twin Flame for the first time, you feel a shift in your energy. Your Twin Flame encounter triggers an energetic merge and you both feel as if you both downloaded your energy into each other.
Being a Twin Flame requires you to accept the energetic merging so that you can balance the energetic oneness with your Twin Flame.
When you run from your Twin Flame, it means that you deny feeling the energetic merging and you choose to physically block your Twin Flame assuming that it would make you stop feeling the connection.
If you are a Chaser Twin Flame, it means that you are denying yourself to embrace the energetic merging because instead of embracing the connection from your heart, you physically focus on chasing your Twin Flame partner.
You have to believe that a reunion with your Twin Flame is possible and attainable — you must have faith in your connection and also believe that you deserve to achieve all your heart’s deepest desires.
Prepare your space:
Your inner vibration must align with your physical circumstances and your daily actions must support you to succeed.
For your desires to quickly manifest, you have to prepare yourself, and your physical life, and plan for the future as well.

Love yourself:
Self-love is one of the most challenging journeys because you are asked to love every part of yourself and heal your core wounding; the beginning is the toughest but you ease into it once you realize how happy you are when you love yourself.
For a lasting Twin Flame reunion, you must prepare yourself and know every part of yourself so that you are not triggered into another phase of chasing and running.
The physical reunion with your Twin Flame is only the beginning of forever and the journey does not end after you reunite rather, it is the initiation into another phase of embracing the gifts of unconditional love.
You have to learn to see yourself with your Twin Flame beyond the physical reunion and prepare yourself to grow a long-lasting relationship after you meet again.
Ask yourself the important questions like; Will you have a family together? How will your living situation be? What kind of life will you have as one with your Twin Flame? What changes will you have to make so that you can both happily live together?
Mend the relationship or friendship with your Twin Flame so that you can communicate.
There is always forgiveness when it comes to your Twin Flame and you also have to make sure that you are on the same wavelength.
